These pics are from yesterday and today. We’ve had two rainy days in a row, but there’s no sign of that grayness in here (except perhaps that mommy has wanted to nap both days!).
Today during a break in lessons, myself and my oldest built pyramids using our math rods. It was a fun challenge to see how we’d develop them separately. At the end, he was “polishing limestone” for the outside. Glad to see what we’ve learned is sticking with him!
How’s the view where you are? Loud, messy, and grayish? Or some other delightful combination? : )

Well, my children decorated a birthday cake for me at 7 am with the help of my mom who stopped by on her way to work. Elijah completed spelling and math before breakfast, and we did memory work review at the doctor’s office. 🙂 I actually enjoy slipping in learning when they don’t really notice it.
