Kyle’s back with a new post on animals! In case you missed the first one, visit here to learn the whats and whys of my son contributing to the blog. Today he’ll be answering, Caracal vs. Warthog: Who would win in a fight? ((Dunn, dunn, dunnnnnnn!!)) 😉
Here are some things you should know first. A caracal is the main predator of a warthog. They live together in the Kalahari Desert of Africa. They both possess unique qualities that could give them the advantage in a fight.
Caracal Advantages:
Can jump on the back of the warthog
Has longer legs than the warthog
Is faster than the warthog
Warthog Advantages:
Has big tusks to stab the caracal
Has more leg power than the caracal
Is more agile than the caracal
I imagine the fight would go something like this:
((Must be read in your most dramatic, story-telling voice for full effect.))
First the caracal jumps on the back of the warthog. The warthog shakes the caracal off and then he kicks him. The caracal is hurting. The caracal bites the warthog, the warthog kicks the caracal again and the caracal returns with his second bite. The warthog retreats leaving the caracal victorious.
